Fish Spa 200908

I simply love Saturday!

Recently me and deary have been into this "agenda thingy" for our Saturdays. We will plan ahead on activities that we could do together. And it is so fun and exciting to try on activities which both of us haven't try before. Just like the fish spa does its power!!
Fish Spa therapy hit us when we passed by Suntec City Kenko Wellness last saturday. We were taken aback by this "in" stuff in Singapore now, and amazed on this natural "dead skin removal" method. Then i recalled my prospect Kenneth, who is doing his fish spa therapy business at a reasonable price, and this is how we came about to our this sat agenda: ta-dah "Fishie Spa"
We were all excited. We reached the stall, washed our feet (ps. in case the stinko feet kills the fishes.. haha, some stupid reason that i came out with for washing the feet), off we go down to the pond of these fishes. They were like hovering round your feet! It's like "Hello fishes, it's dinner time~!", and roar they came in a big group nibbling every part of your feet. Deary felt so itch by the nibbling that he kept laughing intially. Haha, stupid dear, i thought you've got thick skin?
Anyway, mine was okay, and surprisingly, i have one times more fishes dining under my feet than deary's, not sure should i be happy that i make this therapy worth money or blame my heels for all those hard skins.
We paid $10 for a 15 mins session. For all who want to try out this "in" fish therapy, do walk down Bugis flea market outside OG bugis, there's one of this stall doing fishie therapy, (caution: it may be abit hot, but it's worth it) go try it, if you need some therapy. Or pamper yourself at Kenko wellness.
Ps. Before i was able to reach the stall, i couldn't resist and treat myself with some shopping therapy. *Huggs, thanks deary for the handbag*
Oh ya, and we make our own dinner this sat too. Chesse macoroni with honey roasted chix. Deary was flattering on Kenny Roger's cheese macoroni on how heavenly it is, hence we bought the ingredients back and try making it ourselves! Well, we concluded: We musn't cook any western food ourselves, especially difficult dishes like cheese macoroni, cos we end up eating things that we don't even know what it is. Haha
This is how i spent my saturday. Kbox awaits!

Superbowl Date

We had our Superbowl date this sat at Maina Square!
Something special for both of us, since this is our first time doing bowling together. It was fun! More to come ya, dear?
I managed to get "Strike" for a game okay, despite my "strength-less"? Haha, deary said it was all just "beginner's luck". Well, i can't denied but to agree with him, cos thereafter i was feeding with so many zeros on my bowl result script.

Our next sat agenda: To fish spa! Awaits!

fish&co

We had seafood galore for dinner on this random night.

After many many many rounds of selection and choosing, *yeeee, my fussy deary*, we finally decided on bugis junction fish&co. We got his fav seafood, hence seafood platter. Grilled calamari to satisfied his craving for grilled food.

The seafood platter at Bugis junction is really tasty, the service and ambience, is speechlessly great. Quite surprised that BJ fish&co is better than the Glass House fish&co though.

Shall let the pics do the talking now

The Very KPO Deary -

he was listening to what our next table got to order,

when we had alreday got ours.

Then he got bored, he started to look at the opposite side.
GOTCHA!

Hehe, he caught me snapping all the random pics finally.

Haa, stupid boy.

Then he started ,making funny faces
on purpose for our shots

It's my turn now.

Smile, a proper one

Then i started to get wacky
Then wackier
And wackiest
And finally i went "hey stop it, honey!"

And our food is served! Tasty~!
Ter posing for our shots again

the billing time! i took the opportunity of footing the bill when he went to the toilet. That was the initial idea. But apparently the crowds came in, the waiteress took a while to came back with the bill. However, i was all prepared, i slammed my $50 before deary does! Yes! Honey is so nice to, often he would insist to pay, even especially so if it is for restaurant. But i insisted.

Haha, yeh, me showing off with the bill footed on my hand.
Haha, and deary old china way of saying "thank you"
Fishes~!

HEY!

New life begins with me standing tall, though still very shaky, still un-confirmed, i took up my first ever PERMANENT job of my life ! Woot woot!

Okay, a round of new intro of my new job.

Hello folks, i am Fiona, everybody in my office calls me Marie, cos apparently i have TWO christian name, MarieFiona, as my blog name would define, nonetheless after some correction, people just chip in to calling me FIONA! Fiona rings a more chippy me! Haa, despite that i am more often refer to "mei mei", cos i am the YOUNGEST in the WHOLE office, haa, oops and Ms Pei yun, standing as youthful as i do. Yup the two 20 year old lady trying yo act old and mature in the industry. Hoho, we'll get use to the working society.

Well, work for me is much of Leasing admin stuff, sort of relaxing for me at the moment, haa, (psst, my brain had got duper low ram, it's kind of empty) so i thought it's a pretty good start that i am not be harsh harsh by the mountains of stress-ty work. Oh ya, did i forget to mention my position? Oh ya i did, see i told you, my brai just doesn't function well (*knock knock head, hey wake up buddy! Produce more brain juice man!)

*clap clap* My position as a Marketing Officer of AsiaMalls Management Pte Ltd. *applaude roar scream!* ~ Haa, sorry i seems to overdo it alot. HAA! Whatever lah, working life make my leisure so short, i seems to have this dull boring routine: wake up, work, lunch, work, dinner, 1hr tv, sleep.

I sort of love my work..I guess..I dunno..Haa, but i thought work seems to be easier than having had to always carry my jelly legs and crocky stomach to the exam hall. I hate exams! My brain burst when coming to memorising.

Haa, okay, though how much i hate studying, i have the intention to further my studies by taking up part time degree. HAA, how irony! But i guess it's just one of the goals that i wanted to accomplish in life. Pursuing my dreams..!

Food for Thought: People change. Some for good, some for the worst, it's just like the changing lizard, people change just like this. It's scary how drastic human beings can go. "Life is unpredictable" how true it is. Conquer this statement by Living your life to the fullest, it's the best solution, in my opinon.

Cross Junction

Well..Yea! I have finally eventually lastly decide to grace an entry, amidst the "busy" schedule. Haa *clapclap*

Let's get down to work; blog blog blog

Well, I have graduated !! F~I~N~A~L~L~Y~!!

Unfortunately, since i have graduated and is now actively looking for job, but have yet to receive any favorable reply from any company..

I am UNEMPLOYED! Ok, this is disgusting. Can someone please offer me a job

Well, graduation just seemed so fast that i was caught in a blank, wondering which step to take next. I just hate making decision. Work first? Study first? Study part-time? Which institution? RMIT? SIM? PSB?

i think i've just got to learn to make wise decision.

Some random photos taken during our V-day, Anniversary, ter's birthday & my birthday Believe or not, all the above occasions falls on the february, which made them too "joyous" to enjoy. Haa, well, here are the photos:

V-day

When you are so bored by the long train journey..this is what you can do..

Yup, try posing the curvy, sexy "S" pose.

Well, it seemed that i failed badly that..haa..forget it

Our V-day at the hawker centre opp Chomp Chomp.

So very interesting place to go to during your V-day.Haa.

We were supposedly going for Astons, but forgetting that it is a thursday(p.s. cos it is their closing day) .

We decided to sub our western cuisine craving to some cheap yet tasty hawker western food.Haa!

What a couple!
Our 2 year & 1 month anniversary at this new restaurant that we have never went before.

It's new at Raffles City, basement 1.

Thy runs like Marche, similar concept, just that they are japanese food.

The food is real good, the ambience is excellent!

The craziest thing is it only cost both of me and ter $22.00 (two mains and one side dish)!!

Darn cheap and they served yummy food!

Deary Nicest nicest nicest photo!

Without that really fake smile of his.

I love the curry pork cutlet rice!

Especially, the rice, it's those real sweet sticky rice you get from those jap restaurants! Oishi!

We MUST eat at Astons, cos we missed it on our V-day. With this determination we head off to Astons again on my birthday!

And yes, we got it, after waiting for 45mins to an hour. But it was all so WORTH it. It's cheap, fulling, and sooooooooooooo tasty! It's all so worthwhile making all the trip there. Haa

As a result of bulging too much food for the whole day, our tummy secretly form something..

FATS!

See the amount of fats i got, from bulging so much food since afternoon!

it's scary!

That's all folks! Till we next blog!

Tata~
